Introduced to Australia in the Mid-2000's and later in New Zealand, we discuss this "open space" deterrent system called Eagle Eye. The system uses flashes from a rotating device to disorient birds as they approach a area, building or orchard. The system has evolved over to a broad range of effective bird scaring devices.
